The boat was originally purchased as a sailaway, and was fitted by the first owner. The vessel was then sold by the second owners who have made significant improvements to her. We are now selling it for the third owner. Sold with a residential berth. Last surveyed in 2011 and is due for blacking. Built in 2000 and completed in 2006. Fitted by Owners. Saloon: The Saloon is designed to take free standing furniture, currently Empty. At the forward end of the saloon against the bulkhead is the Morso solid fuel stove on grey granite hearth with tiled rear and sides. Alongside inset low shelf. 2 radiators on hull side. Door to port leads into:
Double cabin: The double bed is against the forward bulkhead, Currently has no mattress, with storage below. Three drawer storage units to port, which match the modern kitchen units. Step up to access to forward well.
Hull & Exterior.
Material / build: All steel. Thicknesses: 10mm x 6mm x 4 mm
Exterior: Black hull. Dark blue from rubbing band through side decks, cabin sides and roof. Maroon panels on cabin sides with cream coachline. Cream flash on stern.
Windows: Aluminium anodised. Top hopper opening. Two each side with additional single fixed porthole to starboard and three fixed portholes to port. To starboard are a wide set of opening side doors with hinged hatch over.
Forward well: No fender. ‘T’ stud. Steel cants. Water tank in bow. Self-draining forward well with steel well deck. Against the forward bulkhead of the well deck is a low locker unit containing battery for bow thruster and isolating master switch. Tow central timber lined steel doors to accommodation.
Roof: Five brass mushroom vents. Flue for stove. Centre eye. Two tannoy type vents. Flue for Alde central heating. Hinged hatch over side doors. Sliding hatch over access aft.
Aft deck: Cruiser style aft deck. Steel capped rail around stern. Tiller steering. Two mooring dollies. Diesel filler. Against the forward bulkhead is a gas locker. 240v input socket.
