A prime example of an excellent condition 2004 Hanse 342 which has spent most of its life in the gentle fresh water environment of Lake Windermere. Build Construction finished 28th October 2004. Purchased from new May 2005. Only two owners.
Completely refitted for extensive sea cruising with new marine navigational electronics and standing rigging in 2019. Beautiful interior with a self-tacking jib. This boat has all the Hanse hallmark build quality and is very forgiving with a lively turn of speed. Superb for short or single-handed sailing while, at the same time, providing all the luxury and comfort any cruising family could wish for.
Despite her age, Sweet Talker, has experienced no hard use and remains a much-loved boat with a dream for bluer horizons, yet to be realised. She is a yacht that must be viewed to be appreciated and will hopefully go to someone who will take up where we left off before life’s circumstances dictated otherwise. Released from the confines of Windermere and trialled in the Irish Sea, Sweet Talker is just waiting to fulfil her true potential.

Hanse Brochure 2005
'For the design of the Hanse 342, we rely on the experience of the internationally renowned design agency Judel/Vrolijk & Co., previously successful on the regatta track. The excellent sailing qualities, the speed potential, and the rough sea performance of this Performance Cruising Yacht support our decision.'
'Hull and deck of the Hanse 342 are laminated in a light, but very solid hand-laid sandwich construction. They are firmly bonded together with high-strength glue. Our new aluminium toe rail is an integral part of this construction.
In the gel coat and in the outer laminate layers, high quality isophthalic resin is used as an osmosis protection.'
